Introduction
NYU's MicroArray Database is a bioinformatics data analysis tool, often referred to as "MAD" or "NYU-MAD". Users connected to NYU-MAD can run experiment data analysis on a remote server. This documentation is a guide to NYU-MAD's features, and should serve as a manual for using the tool. Before anything else, make sure you have an installed, working toolkit. If not, acquire one from the Downloads & Installation page.
Once you've got a working toolkit, launch the application using the batch file available on the download page. If everything has gone smoothly, you should be presented with a login dialog.
